My biggest accomplishment of the year 2025 in flying trapeze was #triplepike

At the moment, the triple is the most challenging trick for me. Every move requires intense concentration — and this one is no exception.
I’m happy to be able to fly.

The double layout is the foundation of many tricks, and right now, it’s the one I practice in every training session.

At Cirque du Soleil, we have one hour of training once a week, sometimes twice. During that time, we can practice our skills or learn new ones.
